Welcome to KrishnaDays.com, the web site of the GBC Vaisnava Calendar Committee of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON).

We are still under construction here, and not all features are working, but now you are invited to:

• Register and download the new program "GCal (beta)" and help us test this new executable for making vaisnava calendar calculations. To register, click "Create an account" in the sidebar. (GCal is a Windows-based program.)
• Visit our forum and read about calendar calculation-related issues, or if you have something to say, register and participate in the discussions.
• Check out our wiki where you can help build content for the future pages of the site.

Coming soon:

• Online calculation of customized calendars for any location showing all the days that are important to you, such as your guru's vyasa puja day, family birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
• Set up email reminders for just the days you want.

Developed by Gopalapriya Das of ISKCON Bratislava, Slovakia, GCal (for "Gaurabda Calendar") is a full-featured calendar calculation program for Gaudiya Vaisnavas. Choose from the database of thousands of locations, or add your own remote spot! Calculate tithis and naksatras, add custom events that you are interested in observing. Find out sunrise and sunset timings, and lots more. The version available for download is for testing purposes only. We eagerly await your comments and suggestions for improvement.
