- increased number of iterations for calculation of starting time of naksatras, tithis, sankrantis and conjunctions to 20 steps (from 15 steps) for better precision

- corrected "ARC" label to "MIN" in the Location dialog window; this is because we have DEGREES and MINUTES, not DEGREES and ARC SECONDS - this was confusing
